RETURNS POLICY


As the true Jefa’s we are, at Posh Palma Styles we strive to offer the highest quality within each individual garment. The imperfectly perfect features are characteristics that make it authentic and unique. We want to make sure you OWN it, by feeling great in your own skin, although there might exist a tiny possibility that you return, which we hope is not the case, but we will make every effort to have it done seamlessly. 

  • We accept returns for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 15 days from the date you receive your order. 
  • ALL TAGS, including POSH PALMA STYLES tag MUST BE ATTACHED with our original tagging method. ALL RETURNS MUST FULFILL THESE REQUIREMENTS TO BE EFFECTIVE.
  • Returns MUST be received unworn and unwashed, in its original condition.
  • Your online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your NEW PURCHASE. Any remaining balance is NOT carried over.
  • Shipping fees are NOT refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back. All return shipping charges MUST be prepaid.
  • Colors and Sizes may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds. 

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

  • Please allow 3-10 business days after we receive your package to process your STORE CREDIT. You will be notified via email when your return is processed and your store credit is issued.
  • Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes.
  • Please keep your tracking number for your return on hand. We are not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier without a tracking number. A tracking number will help us help our Jefa’s locate the returned item(s).

OOPSY ITEMS

  • We aim to provide our JEFA’S with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please immediately contact us at letschat@poshpalmastyles.com and email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/oops.
  • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be OOPSY.
  • Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
  • Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains, or any other stains in general.

EXCHANGES

  • At the moment, our exchanges are not automated. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return your original item(s) for ONLINE CREDIT and place a new order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • A small number that are heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

CANCELLATION

  • We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.
